At what age does a womens beauty start to fade?
Like when are they at their physical peek.Also don't say they don't ever lose their beauty, the phrase " men age like wine while women age like milk" is true for a reason
A few questions on spots and outer-beauty?
I'm a young woman, 28 years of age who presently suffers from hormonal acne. Right now, I have a few blemish marks of healing spots going around the left side of my chin and mouth area and one new and really painful, but small spot forming just below my lip. My confidence has sadly taken a beating lately because of all this, despite that I HAVE had a lot worse than this and others have been far more unfortunate than I've ever been. Although there is nothing wrong with wanting to look one's best and wear foundation make up for personal happiness, special events and occasions for the record, yes, I do wear make up that's oil free and safe to use on acne prone skin , today I finally realised that as of late, I've been worrying far too much about my outer appearance and obsessing over my face to the point that I feel like I cannot leave the house without make up, due to my few spots and they are very few compared to having a face full of them . In other words, I've come to realise that my resent obsession over my face, wearing make up and fighting my acne has made me feel depressed and withdrawn and personally, I think I'm taking my concerns too far. LOADS of people have spots and acne, so even if I went outside without make up on, it's not going to kill me, is it? For the sake of my own personal welfare, happiness, confidence and self esteem, as of today, I have officially decided to worry a lot less about my outer appearance and no longer obsess, feel scared or lack the confidence during days and times where I must go out without any make up on, whether or not my face is spot free. My decision has led me to a few questions.If a person judges me and or my outer beauty based on whether or not I have spots, does that mean that people like that are shallow, small minded and not worth trying to impress or be friends with?If a person doesn't want to associate with me or be my friend because I have spots on my face, does that mean that people like that are shallow, small minded and not worth knowing?Do spots make a person look ugly, or are the spots themselves ugly, but the person is still beautiful handsome? From a woman's point of view mine , if I see a physically handsome man who especially has a handsome and warm personality, even if his face was covered in spots, I would still be very attracted to him. This, I know because I have occasionally walked past some men in town whom I immediately thought looked very handsome and attractive, yet had spots all over their faces. I don't see the spots. I see the handsome man behind the spots.Is this the same for men looking at women? Do men see the beautiful woman behind the spots or just the spots?I'm especially asking this question because last year, I DARED to go to a special event WITHOUT ANY MAKE UP ON and I had spots all over my chin Despite that, however, three men hit on me. So, did these men hit onto me because they were only after sex or because they genuinely thought I was attractive, even with spots? Thank you.

Why is thin considered to be an "unattainable" standard of beauty in the US?
By thin, I actually mean height weight proportionate, since different girls have different healthy BMI's.Here in the US, a normal BMI is considered an unattainable or brutal standard and you'd be a jerk to be turned off by someone of an unhealthy weight.But for nearly everywhere else in the world, a normal BMI is the vast majority. Over 2 in 3 are at least overweight in the US, with about one in 3 being obese. Compared to most other nations where more like one in 3 are mildly overweight, and about one in 10 are obese. If it's so unattainable, how come we are one of the only countries that seems to have trouble with it? If it's " genetic" , why has the obesity rate more than tripled since the 70's? If thin is " just unnatural" , why has obesity never been a problem until the past half century?I have my own theories on these. But I would just like to spark discussion, as this is a very stark problem here in the US.< rant> I'm all for accepting large people as friends, employees, and acquaintances, free of prejudgment or discrimination. I'm all for reducing the pressure of women to meet some idealized image of perfection when it costs their health. But fat isn't healthy, either, and if you're going to condemn me and call me shallow for not being sexually or romantically attracted to only your personality, you probably don't have a personality to make up for it, anyway. I wouldn't date someone who condemns me for preferring someone around my body type.I don't judge your personality or potential friendship on your looks. I judge your personality on your personality alone, and your attractiveness on both. 16 year old girl beauty mark on leg grew, should i see a doctor?
I'm a 16 year old girl and I've always had this tiny, slightly elevated, light brown beauty mark on the back of my upper left calf. It used to be a tiny circle but now its about doubled in size. Its still smaller than a dime and its coloring and its level of elevation haven't changed. Is this anything to be worried about? Although my family has a history of cancer I don't think anyone in my family has had childhood cancer. I've also always worn sunscreen, and I've never had a severe sunburn, only 2 mild ones. So should I be worried about the growth of the beauty mark on my leg, tell my parents, and see a doctor? or should I just let it go.
