Should I wear medical i.d. jewelry to identify myself as asthmatic?
Do people with asthma do this? It never occurred to me to do this, but almost a year ago, I did have a severe asthma attack which led to respiratory failure and a two week hospital stay . At that time, someone was with me who gave my medical history to the EMS crew and hospital personnel. What if I am alone somewhere and I have another severe attack and cannot speak? Can I assume all breathing problems are treated the same and if I end up needing emergency help, they'll figure it out?

Surgical steel jewelry and surgery?? HELP.?
Today is November 9th and I have to go for surgery on December 5th I need to get a hip arthroscopy. I just got my belly button pierced 3 days ago. I also have my industrial, snug, and tragus pierced all of which are surgical steel. Am I aloud to wear surgical steel during surgery? If not, am I aloud to change them to PTFE and is that acceptable for surgery? Should I change my belly ring so soon? Also my snug and tragus have captive bead rings in them which are not easy to take out. What should I do??Please help D

I have a necklace chain that leaves that weird green stuff if you wear it for a hour or two, But ive been wearing this chain for over a year and ive suddenly got really bad headaches and ive been wondering if it was from this necklace chain? My wedding rings were cleaned by Zales and have burned given a rash to my skin since I've had them cleaned they did not burn or give me rashes before getting them cleaned and I wore them almost 24 7 for a year . I've used several different types of cleaners and soaked them in alcohol and nothing helps, I still get the burns and it's been several months. Is there anything else I can do to help clean my rings so they no longer burn my skin?
