Just had C4-C5 surgery and want to move some furniture?
I had the surgery a week ago and other than some dull pain at the back of my head, I feel like I can do this. The nurse told me to take it easy with activity, but how long did she mean? Also, the pain on the base of my skull is really only aggravated by lying in bed to sleep, of which hasn't been easy to take. Anterior fusion with cadaver bone.Gary, that's not funny at all. Question's other question " how long did she mean" ? So, getting an answer like that from a nurse is astonishing. Where do you work? I hope I never wind up there. Then I sure enough will need a wheelchair to run and file charges.

Ashley furniture causing hives?
Okay, so here's the situation. For about a week I was using Jergen's natural glow lotion. No negative effects, and I skipped using it for a couple of days. During those couple of days, my husband and I bought a new leather sofa from Ashley's Signature Design line. The day after we bought this sofa was the second day that I hadn't use the lotion. On this day I broke out into hives I assumed that my skin had a delayed reaction to the DHA in the lotion. So I continued to not use it. I was itchy all day, and it has continued into today. I have been sitting on the couch today, and I have been scratching all day with random outbreaks of hives. I decided to google " allergies to couches" and read about the DMF used in many sofas imported from China. Does anybody know if the Signature Line is made in China? I'd like to know whether it's the Jergen's or the sofa. I tried rubbing one arm on the sofa for a couple minutes, and putting the lotion on the other arm. So far nothing has happened.
Will "Quit Nits: Preventative Spray" work on furniture?
Or will it only apply to hair? I'm looking to prevent lice re infestation without using toxic sprays e.g. RID .I know lice mainly live in hair, but in the beds especially some of the people in my house get infested even after treatment and washing the clothes furniture .

I was walking backwards down a flight of stairs carrying a heavy oak sideboard when the guy I was carrying it with slipped and I took the full weight of the sideboard in to my chest. I thought that I had pulled a muscle, but since the incident happened, I am struggling to take a full breath and am in quite a lot of pain whenever I move.If I have fractured a rib, how will it be treated and what pain relief might I be given as I am struggling.Many thanks
I hurt my feet while accidentally I kicked a piece of furniture , while helping a friend moving.?

Last night I bumped my upper leg on the end of my bed wooden frame pretty hard enough that it sorta broke skin no bleeding just a scrape right Below my knee. Now there's a little bump and it kind of hurt when walking up stairs or sitting down.I was reading something a few days ago about a lady falling and bruising herself though im not even bruised and it caused a blood clot and killed her.If I didnt read about that I wouldnt even be asking this question haha.Im a 20 y o male and my threshold for pain is pretty high so I just want to know the risk or whats the chances of me bumping my leg causing something serious. My hand got crushed moving furniture (picture)?

Moving furniture disorder??
Hello, I am looking for some help or answers.... My mother thinks she has to move furniture everyday. On a given day she moves the family,dining, and three bedrooms. She works and everyday she is off she does this, all rooms about 4 days a week and has been going on for 10 years.. I am at my wits end and don't know what to do. I have told her to go see a doctor and she says i am not crazy.. What should i do??? I am tired of wasting my life away dealing with this. She has even gone to the extent of ripping out walls to make different excess to the rooms. Please if there is any help out there Please Please find us....
