Is my grocery list, healthy approved for a 17 year old girl?
I'm trying to eat healthy to get in shape for summer and lately I started cooking more often.I'm a 17 year old girl. 5'3 111 pounds. I need help composing a healthy grocery list?
I'm 19 so haha I can't shop. Well, I can, but all I will end up doing is bringing home Pringles or something. I need a real list that will feed me for a week. I want to get healthy so no processed meals or anything. Where do I begin?

I would love to do a 5 day juice cleanse, like BluePrint, Red Carpet, Cooler Cleanse, etc. But I live in Florida and most of the companies seem to be based in New York LA San Francisco etc and its going to be like $100 to ship to me or they won't ship to me at all .
