Get expensive chair or adequate chair for home office?
I work from home on my computer every day. I spend at least 8 hours a day in front of my machine. I'm currently using an old restaurant chair and home made tables. It's been a year and now my upper back is killing me after a few hours of typing.I want to get a proper computer chair. I see simple ones such as thisimages.medicinenet.com images chair 1.jpgwhich don't cost much.Then there are more fancy ones that cost up to 800 bucks.In terms of health, does it matter if I get the cheap one or the fancy one? I really don't want to make a mistake and waste money.

I smoked a n alec bradley prensado in my home office today. I know it was a dumb thing to do, the office is beneath my livingroom and my wife said she smelled the smoke.This cigar was so strong I got sick from nicotine overdose no doubt, I was sweating, nauseous and dizzy probably because I was in an enclosed space as well.Anyway, i'm worried about my son being in the house when though the smell is all that go through, is there any chance nicotine could have entered his system through the floor and my wife says she git him away from the area.
