How to fall asleep without music?
I have a very hard time falling asleep at night, even when I'm tired. I used to always go to sleep with quiet music, but then I got a roommate and she couldn't stand it. Now, I don't have a roommate but I either need music or someone in my bed with me. Next year, I'll have a roommate but in separate beds and I don't want to disturb her with music or sleep hypnosis tracks. I can't go to sleep with headphones because I get tangled and strangle myself in the night. How can I put myself to sleep without disturbing my roommate?
Why is music so addictive?
When I'm not listening to music, I feel like I NEED to. It's just plain addictive. Is it to do with brain chemistry or something?

Hey i was always wondering about it.For example it might harm your sperm with the sound waves if the music is too loud.Sometimes when i am near a speaker i can feel the vibration in that area.thx
Is it bad to sleep while listening to music?
My sister always leaves her radio on when she goes to bed and she said it helps her sleep better. I tried it and I woke up with a headache. Is it bad for your brain or good or somthing?

Exposed to loud music for 10 hours?
I'm going to see a concert which is on from 5pm 9pmI've then been invited to go clubbing with my friends at 9 30pm 3amThe concert and the club are in the same city so it will be a short taxi drive away.I've had a quick look online and it basically says that listening to loud music for that long will severely damage my ears. I've thought about waiting around three hours before going to the club but I don't know if that would be okay or not.I really wanna go clubbing with my friends because I was unable to the last time they went, but I've paid money for this concert ticket. What should I do?

I can taste music and sounds?
I swear I have never done drugs, and I am not crazy as far as I know , but for the last few months, I have been noticing that I get very distinct tastes in my mouth when I hear certain music sounds. What could be causing this? Also, I can sometimes see different colors when I hear the music sounds.
Random nosebleed listening to music?
Ok, this literally just happened about 10 minutes ago, I was liteneing to music in my earphones when all of a sudden I feel blood dripping from the left side of my nose, I get a tissue and do the general pinch bridge thing and after about 2 minutes it stopped, but now I have a killer headache all around my head and I can hear buzzing and Static in my head? I'm kinda worried as I never get nosebleeds, is there something up with me?Ps. The music was GOOD music played by a wonderful girl names Orla Gartland and it was at average volume. I feel really light headed now and the static is still there

Is it normal to have Migraines when being around many people and hearing loud music?
Whenever I'm surrounding by many people Malls, doctors, schools,parties,etc I end up having this intense headache. My headaches would last for hours. My headache would be so intense that nothing would relieve my headaches. Pain killers didn't help at all. Loud Music in parties would give me a intense headache as well. I couldn't go to sleep afterwords because I was having headaches from all that loud music at the party.
Is loud music damaging to already damaged hearing?
. I have about 20db loss from " normal hearing" in my left ear. I like to equalize my music so its the same in both ears. I listen to about 70 % volume on iPhone. On my computer where I equalize it I pump it up to a similar volume on right ear no hearing loss and 15 20db louder on my left ear. Can I damage my hearing even further on my left ear even though its not extremely loud to me?I have natural hearing loss from my Neurofibromatosis unknown of type 1 or 2 but have no loss in right ear
Good workout music suggestions?
I am a gym rat, and I've been listening to the same playlist since October 11th I need to update my playlist. My taste varies from death metal, rock, r& b, hiphop to trance and dubstep.. I like music with a lot of bass, something to get the blood pumping. Lol
