Don't you hate when your foot itches in shoes?
I hate it so much when I can't get my shoes off. The soles are the worst part to have itch. It tickles like crazy when you scratch it

Knee pain after shoe switch?
Hi, I'm a 17 year old guy who just bought a pair of Nike Free 5.0's. I have started to notice minor knee pain just below my knee caps. Whenever I walk in these shoes I haven't tried running yet it always feels like I'm coming down hard on the ground, and it jolts my knee, causing it to pop a little bit. In case you don't know, Free's are minimalist, which means that it is like walking running barefoot. I have tried walking more on the balls of my feet, and the centers of my feet, but that is just as bad, plus I look stupid walking on the balls of my feet.Help?
