Do you all think it would be a good idea? I am tiny but My stomach, thighs and sometimes arms do some jiggling while I exercise.

is it possible that someone loses 5 10 lbs mostly water weight and muscles hardly any fat, maybe just a couple pounds in 2 3 weeks on a restricted diet without much exercise and she looks slimmer but doesn't happen to have lost any inches ??? how ?? i don't get this, how can someone look slimmer without losing inches off their body? it's either me who's gone insane or that person I am talking about doesn't belong to this planet

I am going to the beach in two weeks and have a dilemma I am a vegetarian and I eat pretty healthy, but since I have quit smoking I have packed on the pounds a bit. No one would really consider me a big girl , and my flub wouldn't be as noticeable if I wasn t so darn flat chested you have to have sympathy for the A cups , but I have definitely gained in the lower tummy region and I have grown HUGE love handles both make me extremely self conscious. I have started working out more, in hopes to tone up a little before the trip, but I need some help. I looked on the Spanx website and saw some of the camis they had one with lace on the bottom in particular and thought they would work well with layering. Before I shell out the $45 for the camis, I need to know if they work. Mostly, will they help dramatically reduce the size of my love handles?
What is your opinion on Spanx shapewear?
I use it myself, but when a friend of mine said it took away your natural muscle tone, I started having some doubts. Do you have any thoughts or experience with this ?Thank you kindly.

I've been looking around on the net a lot, and it seems that if your losing something like 100lbs, then saggy skin is pretty much impossible to avoid. This is my worst weight lost nightmare.One thing I read was if your skin is already starting to sag it will be worse. Do you think wearing something like spanx during weight loss would help, since it kind of holds everything in up?

My friend asked me this earleir this morning, so... she wants to know if spanx will help her shape her love handles, shes not fat... but her love handles make her hips look square, she says... she wants a temporary fix while she works on the longterm one.
