My hair gets really curly. It's not an afro, but it literally curls and waves. In humidity, it gets pretty bad. I signed up for proactiv, and in their catalog they gave me a paper for wen. It says I can get it for 9.95 to try it out. Is it worth it?
What do you think of the hair care system "WEN by Chaz Dean"?
I have EXTREMELY thick, frizzy, and all around unmanageable hair. I just recently got it highlighted all over about two days ago , and I'm tired of using every beauty product on the market to find something to tame my frizz. It's so frizzy that I leave my house in the morning with my hair looking decent, and, by the time I get to school about twenty minutes later , it's a mess. I've read many reviews of WEN and seen the infomercial loads of times, but I'm still on the fence about it. If you've ever tried it, what's your opinion?
A shampoo like Wen by Chaz Dean?
I can't justify spending that much money on shampoo, but I would love a sulfate free shampoo that does not require a separate conditioner. Are there any out there that are available at drugstores or stores like Wal Mart, K Mart, or Target? Thanks so much for your time.

Does wen really make your hair soft and smooth? I'm thinking of using it does it really work? I've used the styling gel and balm and stuff but does the actual cleansing conditioner work well?

Can I use "Wen by Chaz Dean" in Keratin straitened hair?
I know one of the main no nos for Keratin straitened hair is to use shampoos containing sulfates namely Sodium Lauryl sulfate, however Wen claims not to contain such sulfates. Does this mean that it would be safe to use in the place of the other sulfate free shampoos and conditioners suggested for this treatment?I've had such good results with Wen that i don't want to give it up, but i really want to get rid of my curls...Hope someone out there can help.Thanks DI haven't actually had the treatment done, but from what research I have done, it says the hair is straightened as part of the treatment. the results last up to 4 months but after the first wash you're hair may not stay as pin straight as directly after the treatment. It will slowly wear out depending on how often you wash your hair, how curly your hair was to begin with etc.I would ideally wear my hair straight but i haven't been able to find any examples with people who have hair as curly as mine so i'm not sure what the results will be like...

so i have been using it for like 3 weeks now, and i fell like my hair is falling out all over the place i am not sure what to think about it, Is it normal for my hair to fall out like it does its like hand fulls of hair, but i dont comb throug it cuz then more hair falls out. IS there anyone out there who is useing it. What do you think?
