Why can't my iPod 4th generation shuffle play audiobooks?
I can download the audiobook with all chapters but when I transfer to the shuffle, only chapters 1 through 7 or 1 through 9 play. My settings are to 'play in order' and the first few play in order and then the shuffle goes back to chapter 1.I'll try the book tab and see where I get but as I have done this about 7 times the same thing happens no matter how I download or transfer in itunes. I have a feeling that there is a glitch with 'Downloadable Books' and 'Overdrive' software vs. Apple BUT I will try again and report back in here. Thanks for the help
How to download audiobooks onto iPod nano?
I bought 2 books from the iTunes store, and when I go to sync my ipod up it says there aren't any books in the my library, but when I go to the side bar on the left hand screen under the tab books, they're right there. How do I get those 2 books onto my iPod?I tried to drag and drop it, but its failing to sync onto my iPod.

establish an iTunes account. I have done that but they are asking for a credit card. I do not want to give them my credit card number. I simply want to transfer MP3s that I already have on my PC to the iPhone. Any advice would be tremendously appreciated.

Recently I downloaded the Harry Potter audiobooks to listen to between classes and I added them to my phone. When my phone is plugged in, it says that the books are synced and that the audio memory is higher than it was without the books. But when I go to the audiobooks page on my phone, it says that I don't have any, do the books HAVE to be purchased on iTunes or am I missing a step?
