Does anyone know what kind of mp3 player bath and body works sell ?
I need to know because i got one fro christmas and my computer is not reading the disk that came with it so i want to know if i could find the software online.
I have an mp3 player from bath and body works. I can't get it to turn on. Batteries are good. Any ideas?

Why won't my mp3 player from bath and body work?
I can not play any of the songs I downloaded to it. I can play them when it's connected to the computer but when its unplugged, the red light just stays on when I turn it on. I tried downloading both programs recommend by youtopialife but I am still having the problem. Whats up with that?

i have a Bath and Body Works MP3 player and my laptop and when i plug it in, it says device not found, or something like that... i got it from a friend and didnt get anything with it. can anyone help? ?? ? ?p.s. i have Windows Vista if that makes a difference

when i try to download songs, only the first 2 seconds play the the mp3 player shuts down, the songs play great when the player is pluged into the computer. any ideas
