I recently re installed my game and I'm bored of starting the career with the same cars. I found a mod years ago that unlocked all cars at the start of career mode but i can't find it any more.

People and cars floating in GTA IV? (Missing textures? )?
When ever I start up the game, all is fine until I make a turn down the street and suddenly everything is blue. The cars , people, and street lights all float and all buildings aren't there. I am running Windows 7 x64 , I installed it with Steam, and I have set all of the graphics settings to their lowest.Is there any way to fix this problem? I have tried to reinstall it but it didn't work.
Do they make scanners to detect police cars? If they do, are there any legit brands that work?
I drive around country roads a lot and police tend to hide on the other side of hills and i cant see them. Have yall tried any scanners that work? How does a scanner work though?I live in fort worth texas btw, are they illegal here?
Can korean CD'S play in American cars, cd players?
Well, for my birthday, I want my parents to get me the BIGBANG alive album. My mom said it can't play in american cd players, but I have read online it can. I don't want them to waste money getting it, but I really want it, and I am planning to play it in my car. Would it ruin the disc, the car? What is a good car customization/racing game for ps3?
I'm looking for a ps3 game that you can customize cars and race them.also a free play mode to just drive around. I already have midnight club and need for speed hot persuit.

Do they have some sort of video cameras that you can install in cars to record the trip you made? Perhaps you can either mount it in front of your car or your windscreen and record the happenings as you drive.
Help with sound system for car?
Hey I have a 2001 mitsubishi eclipse, and I was wondering if I could get some advice on a sound system. I don't know very much about cars at all, so must of what I know is from repeatedly looking up things on google. Anyway, this board gives really fast answers, and I'd really appreciate any advice at what i'm correctly looking at. For a deck " Pioneer DEH 4400HD" , read side speakers " Kicker DS60" , front speaker " Kicker DS65" . It would end up being around $240. I was thinking about getting Amps Subs, but I'm not entirely sure what I could find that's good quality but not too $$$ nor do I understand wiring very well
