I live in the UK but am on holiday in Germany. I want to use my Blackberry for the internet...?
i have been using the WiFi tool to use the internet, with the " mobile network" box unticked to avoid charges for phone calls etc. I want to check to see if i have texts, but i also want to continue using the internet on my phone so if i have both the " wifi" and the " mobile network" boxes ticked, and i go online, will i be chared or will my phone use the wifi to browse the net? btw i only go on facebook not the app though
My partner and a friend are going on a volunteering holiday to Malawi. I need a PAYG phone for them to take...?
think they'll need a quad band handset, and a SIM on one of the networks in Malawi. I've looked on the internet but can't seem to find a ready to use package. Does anyone know what exactly I will need? Or have experience of travelling to Africa and using a mobile phone? Suggestions on where to buy would be great. We are currently in the UK. Thank you

ok im going lanzarote for a week, on the 26th march im on pay as you go tmobile, i got free bbm internet till the 29th if i top up a tenner before i go on holiday so i can text 441 for when it runs out would it cost more and can i get on bbm when im out there like will my bbm work? really need answers, coz everyone telling me different things someone said that it would cost loads each bbm i send is that true? please help im going mad haha? would be much appreciated xxxx

im going away in a few weeks time to spain and i need to know ..how much does it costs to send texts to the uk and from the uk to me in spain?how long will they take to send?im on vodaphone ..thanx 4 answers in advancexim on a pack deal where i get 3000 free texts a month ..also will it charge the person in the uk to recieve my texts? how much?x

Best phone for holiday?
Hi everyone,my father is going to China for one month and he will need a working phone to call his friends there and my mum at home they live in Switzerland . He's also a bit technologically challenged, so nothing too fancy.Would European phones work in China? Or does he need a quad band or something? How widespread is the WiFi in Shanghai? Do you think it's better easier to get a Chinese sim card?Any opinion welcome, thanks
