How to check BSNL land line call daily usages?
After getting monthly land line BSNL bill we come to know the usages for the month. Is there any facility to check daily usages or calls? Previously this facility was available by dialing 1962 number. Now this facility is stopped by BSNL.
Info to get mobile tower on my land and roof.?
just want to know what is the minimum land area that is required for it, do i have to make any kind of investment too??Someone who has a mobile tower on his roof or land, i want to know is there any special term and condition that company puts through..like we owner of place taking full responsiblity of any legal actions that people may take neighbours specially ?? and i also keep getting advised that it is not good to lease my land since government is soon going to scrap such towers.So i just need a advise from someone who is already into it...any further information will help.I know i can contact the company or other numbers..but just want to hear from the people experiencing it.

I'm in the middle of no where. There is no cell service only a land line that can make local calls only to Roseburg oregon. Att has a collect call but it's expensive. there a way to avoid it by maybe a different number or a call forwarding center is Roseburg?

Is it a good idea to have a land line phone outside your house?
I picked up a land line phone and mounted it to the siding in the backyard of my house. I thougt about people trying to make calls off of it but who would come onto your property to make a call when they can make a call from their house? I thought about it, and when it rains, i have a cover that would fit it, and would put it over it when it rains. The practicality of this would be me not having to go inside when I'm enjoying outside to pick up the phone. It has a speaker phone button, so I don't have to stay " attached" to the phone. The phone does not require any electric, it just plugs into a phon jack and works. I have already set it up and it works, but is it a good idea? It is right next to the glass sliding door, mounted on the siding. I tucked the telephone wire underneath the siding and ran it into my house and plugged it in. Is it a good idea. I could even make calls if I was locked out and did not have my cell phone.
Can I make an intercom from land lines?
I live in an old house where it's hard to hear from one end to the other. The land lines aren't hooked up because we use cell phones. Is there a way to turn our land line phones into an intercom system?
