I have blocked my mobile using its IMEI no. by lodging a complaint. how to find whether it's blocked or not?
The police says that they have locked my mobile. I just want to check the status of the mobile. Anyone please help me.
How do you lodge a complaint to Cingular regarding service in one of their stores?
My mother in law had a bad experience with the service she recieved in one of their stores, and when she asked for a manager, they told her there isn't one, and when she then asked for a corporate phone number to call and complain to they said they do not give out that information, it's their policy. So how can she go about lodging a complaint?
Can anybody guide me how to lodge complaint in consumer court ? I want to sue LG.?
I purchased one LG refrigerator model 368YMQG4 on 11 05 2008 from Kay Dee Electronics, Sector 18 Noida. On installation it was found that the light of the fridge was not glowing. The guy who came for demo could not rectify the problem. Next day on 12th he brought another expert who also could not rectify the problem and declared that this is an internal wiring problem and needs to be replaced. Since then i have been crushing my head here and there but no response from LG side. I had made number of calls and redirected to different nos. Every time they promise that it will be delivered within 2 days and so many 2 days have been crossed so far. They told me that the model which i purchased is not available so another model will be supplied however i have to pay another Rs. 500. I agreed to pay the amount also though I should not pay as it was not my fault.Can anybody guide me what to do now or how to go about for lodging a complaint in consumar court.
