Reliable science information
What do you think of my plan? don't worry, it's not to science-y?
So I cracked the screen of my iphone 3, but its not THAT bad, just one thin crack. This is my third time cracking the screen and I don't really want to fix it again because the battery camera sucks I'm also halfway through a three year contract so I can't get a new one. Anyways my plan was to buy an iPod touch fourth generation and get a rubber case for it. Then when my parents have to see my phone I'd show them the iPod... They wouldnt examine it very much. When I have to go on my phOne infront of them I'd switch the case to my iPhone. And if they ask for my if I'd give them the iPod I'm 13 btw and I REALLY need help My parents can't find out I cracked my phone again so are there any flaws in this plan?

What is the science behind a camera?
I am having a problem powering light bulbs with batteries for a science fair project (10th grade)?
My Science Fair project is comparing the efficiency of Incandescent Light Bulbs in comparison with Fluorescent light bulbs. Each type of bulb would undergo 9 trials in total. 3 for one kind of battery, another 3 for another kind and another 3 for another kind. Each trial would be a comparison of how long one battery lasted with each type of light bulb. I am speculating that the fluorescent bulbs will last longer. Hopefully all of the above made sense, now here is my dilemma. Theoretically I wanted to buy a high wattage bulb of Incadescent and Fluorescent, around 300 watts in order to drain the battery as fast as possible so I am not waiting days for these batteries to die out. Also, theoretically I want a battery that will not last long at all and is not powerful so these trials go by as quickly as possible. I went to Home depot today to buy gator clips, the bulbs and batteries. What ended up happening was the handimen who worked their and I couldn't get the 300 watt light bulbs to light up with any of the batteries we used using some kind of bulb holder that had copper wires to conduct the electricity from the battery. They concluded that I needed a transformer. So at this point I am totally lost on what to do, what to buy and how to approach this whole mess. Any help will be extremely appreciated, thank you

Ok I was just trying to find some si fi shooter games like halo for the PS3. Something with not alot of swearing, some blood is ok but like no sexual content. Just a game with lots of cool weapons customizable characters, good online play, just something like halo or the old star wars battlefront that was for the PS2, something in that area.

Okay hi , first of all . Ok my science teacher wants us to write about 2 science channels and i dont know any science channels on directv. Im on Animal Planet right now and there's only this show called 'Storage Wars' aint nothin to do with science. she wants the channel program to be based on either geology, astronomy, physics, or paleontology . Know any? HELP. Thanks yalll . Rlly means a lot if you help.
