I am 14,should I diet?Honestly am I fat,average,or skinny?and how to dress for my bodyshape?
I am small boned,Asian American,4'7" ,92 lbs,14 yrs old. I lack self confidence and sorry for postingthis a lot of times. Am I fat,or average? Measurements 32 24 33 but my tummy isn't flat,it also folds when I sit,and expands after I eat. And when I flex my calves there is a big hard lump,muscle? WHAT IS MY BODYSHAPE? AM I PROPORTIONATE?I play badmintion for two hours a day,I am planning to go jogging this summer with my sister. I eat whatever I usually want but I try to eat healthy things,But I feel guilty sometimes. I haven't had pop for one and one half months yay We are having a party and it involves pop,and a lot of food. Should I enjoy myswlf?I want to know what kind of clothes I should wear and not wear for my body shape,especially dresses and skirts

well i'm in 8th grade and were graduating soon, basically in two months.I have psoriasis and it covers both of my arms and legs. I am so embarrassed of my skin condition I think I may even just miss my own grad. Anyways, everyone the girls are wearing short dresses that either have thin straps or strapless dresses. What could i do to fit in? NOBODY except for 2 of my closest friends know of my condition. to everyone else i am just a normal girl. Gloves are not an option people would talk... So any dress recommendations or cover up? or should i just miss my grad altogether? pictures links would be greatly appreciated. Details i've had psoriasis ever since i was 5, I am asian with black hair, brown eyes, slightly shorter than average girls my age, i wear glasses like those hipster glasses i guess? .
How can I wear a white dress while I am on my period?
I just started my period May 12. My middle school graduation is June 10th and I am going to wear a white dress. Considering I have only had one period, I can't know for sure when I will have my second one. I have to wear the white dress because my mom took me out to buy it for a special occasion and I couldn't go get a new dress because my mom would be upset that I didn't wear it for her. Plus other people graduating are wearing white dresses. So I am not going to change my decision of wearing a white dress. My real question is what should I do when my graduation comes around. I have heard of wearing spandex but I think you will be able to see through the dress with black spandex. Any suggestions? Please help
