i love going online and shopping at urbanoutfitters.com. i do it everyday i'm at work. i look for sales. i love the quality of the clothes. i'm obsessed and i wanna look just like the models on the site. i haven't gone broke shopping on there, but i definetly spend more than i need and should.how to break this shopping addiction?

How can I stop my online shopping addiction?
everyday on my spare time at work, i log on to urbanoutfitters.com and look at all the pretty clothes they have. i almost always find something I really like. i know i should stop, but i enjoy looking my best. while, i shop til the point where i'm broke, i do shop a lot. my dad thinks i'm depressed. my boyfriend tells me i could be saving my money for other things. i have money saved, but with my extra money, i want to spend it on clothes.does it sound like i have a problem? if so, what can I do to stop?

Because I work 12hrs nights I can't revert back to days my shifts are like Mon tues in work wed thur off... Fri sat sun in work. Mon tue off.. Wed thur in work.. Fri sat sun off So no point in reverting back to days is there?? So I'm awake all night till abou 6.30 7 or sometimes 8am And sleep til 3 4pm There's noone awake when I am at these crazy times.. So I always go online eBay republic river island the lot I don't always buy stuff everyweek but most of the time I do .. I think it's starting to be a problem
