Winter weather outerwear for exercise?
As winter approaches, I'm putting the cotton pants aside and looking for info on the appropriate layers for jogging outdoors in Michigan.So far I have learned that the layer should start with a fabric that wicks the sweat away from your body. The second layer is fleece. And the third is a wind breaker.Here's my question...can you wear a tight wicking shirt with a wicking sweatshirt, then a wind breaker? Or are you only supposed to wear one wicking layer?I found no fleece bottoms to wear, so I've only got tights like wicking bottoms, and another type of wicking loose fitting pant.Just need help...I want to get outside without freezing...and I'm sure you all know that " cotton kills" .Thanks a lot I appreciate any info.
