Was knocked down by a van driver in Oct 2007 and now I have an idea of my injury status I want to take civil action against them.They done it deliberately after a minor road rage incident , but the police are saying no action as the only witness was my partner despite my injuries being consistent with my story he claims he " may of caught me with his mirror , I had injuries from shoulder to knee He is a driver from one of the 2 largest motoring organisations.
