Is 10 sets of 20 push ups good for 13 year old?
Trying to get stronger for baseball and other things. Is 10 sets of 20 push ups every 45 seconds good ? also i would like to get stronger and faster legs but im not doing anything for it any tips. I do the push ups every other day
Whether more sets or more repitations is needed to gain muscle and develop body... i am just having 6 months?
I have been into gym for about 8 months... and gain a good massi just have 6 more months left in gymi wanna gain 4 kg of muscle weighti usually do 3 sets i.e. 10 3 repitation of each exercise.....should i increase repitation or increse sets to gain muscle weight????and any special thing that can also be performed??

I've been doing this for a while , I've gotten used to it , it's been like 4 years , the first was the hardest and now It's easier but still pull ups are exhausting 1 set 152 set 103 set 84 set 6 And then I continue with 5 , 5 , 5 , 5 , 5 ,5 5, 5 and then with 3 , 3 ,3 3 and then two , two is the least I can do until I reach 50 sets . I do more than 160 pull ups daily
How do i workout with these sets?

So sorry for this stupid question PSo this will be my routine Military Press Overhead Shoulder Press 3 sets 8 12 repsIncline 3 Bench Press sets 8 12 repsDips 3 sets 8 12 repsFor my chest, shoulder, and tricep day. So am i supposed to the first workout Military Press , and complete all 3 sets, then move onto the next? Or should i just do the first workout and do 1 set, the 2nd with another set, and 3rd with another set, then rotate until all 3 sets are done?As i sais Slayerr... This is only my chest, tricep shoulder day. I have different days that hits different muscle groups. Like wednesday will be Legs, thursday shoulders, and saturday back and biceps.
Why always 3 sets (Workout)?
I asked it 20 people in real life, no one knew the answer.Why is it always 3 sets of this and than that?The only person to respond to me said ''well cause 5 is too much and 1 is too little so 3 is good '' LOL I can also say that 8 is much...As i call it.....the 3 sets conspiracy...In magazine's, on tv on forums everywhere they are saying 3 sets...but if you ask why, no response..

ignoring sets and reps and just picking up a reasonable heavy weight and lifting till failure no sets or reps no rest will you see muscle gains since there's all kinds of sets and reps people saying how many you do each with there own sets reps and how long you rest for.
How long will it take to see visible results from 5 sets of 50 curls with 7 pound dumbbells?
