What shoes should I get for these kind of workouts?
I used to be an avid runner before switching over to cycling, so I have been using my old running shoes at the gym. I go to the gym and will use the stationary bike and do weights 1 to 2 days a week. My old running shoes are really worn out now and I'm looking for something to replace them with. I currently wear my sport hiking shoes on outdoor cycling rides as they are extremely comfortable however they make my feet way too hot indoors at the gym. Looking for suggestions.

I don't know why it started just this year, but my classmates and I have all been getting these blisters on our toes after we take off our pointe shoes. I don't know if I would even call them blisters. They are just places where the skin started to rip off. Then eventually that skin that's hanging falls off. I have a school dance this Friday and I'm wearing open toed heels. They hurt and are also ugly. HELP

Blister from new shoes, how to get rid of it?
Yesterday I was in new shoes for a whole day and evening. I walked a lot and played football and I'm used to trainers however my feet were so sore and I realised that I've got my first ever blister on the bottom of my foot under my toe.
