I need to lose 7 lbs by valentines day.?
I had my 4th child dec 20th. A little over 5 weeks ago. I have been doing Jane Sansones 3 mile work out, for the past weeks and half. I was consuming 1200 a day. but crashed my diet and work out plan for about 2 days. I am 162 and was aiming to be 155 by valetines day. HELP I am so bored with this work out but cant do anything to intense for another week until my postpartum appointmet.
What to get my (kinda-sorta, not really) boyfriend for valentines day?
We act very relationship y, but we arent actually in a relationship....So I figured for Valentine's day, I would just go over to his house and wear really sexy lingerie.. Is that enough? Or should I actually get him a present? I also thought of bringing him his favorite food and candy, but I figure we'll end up going out to dinner..
How could I possibly lose about 15 lbs before valentines day weekend?

How can I lose 20lbs by valentines day?
I'm 16 and I am 5'1 and weigh 130 lbs. I use to way 110 and then I just gained weight. I miss the clothes and body I use to have and I'm trying to lose it as fast as i can so I set a goal for myself, Valentines day. Can someone give me tips on what I should do to lose that 20bs and get a flat stomach? I do go to school so I am not able to work out hours at a time due to school work and other things. If someone could help That would be great
Sexy lingerie for valentines day ?!?
I keep asking my boyfriend what he wants, his reply is just you typical cheese but he did say you in sexy lingerie I was a bit off with the idea towards him but I want to make it special, we are thinking of staying in a hotel so i'll light some candles run a bath, wear the lingerie etc. but i've never really worn anything that sexy before what kind of thing should I buy to make him say wow, just normal lace or one of those ones that covers the belly ? I want to get my girlfriend a nice vibrator for valentines day. I'm mainly deciding between some lelo vibrators and the jimmyjane form 6. so i bought my boyfriend the four seasons naked condoms because the packet really drew me to them and they looked interesting. i got home only to realise they had no size on them? so how do i know.. i dont want to insult him by getting the largest condoms on the planet? so i'm totally freaking out haha. also what are your thoughts on these condoms?
Lm a bit afraid of going to school tommorow because its valentines day? related to social anexity?
l am in highschool and scared because tomorrow its a holiday for lovers and boys and girls giving flowers and candies to each other. lm a bit paranoid that someone is going to say " would you be my valentine?" as a joke or something like that, Because lm not a hot or pretty girl l have been a butt of jokes to guys and girls and sometimes in the hallways l hear people say " ew she is ugly" pointing at me or something like that, and lm nervous because lm always living in fear everyday of school of being picked on for being ugly it has unfortunately happened a few times and it saddens me but there is nothing l can do but ignore. l cant miss school tomorrow because l missed a quite a lot due to my anxiety and everyday it just gets worse and lm scared because my school sells flowers and candies and people are into the spirit and there are jerks in the hallways, please help what can l do to clam down? do you know how to make the anxiety go away and learn to love myself despite what people say? thanks

its just a day full of love, & i feel love less. like, i really dont take it seriously but seeing all these people hookup & i feel ugly inside & out doesnt make me feel any better.& this year ive been so much to myself, i dont have any real friends that i would exchange cute gifts w . and i know some girl that always gets random gifts from guys, shes so gorgeous & im hating the fact im not going to be like that, ever. ugh, tomorrow is friday & im really going to feel lefted out everyone is so in love its kinda hard to ignore.
How to lose, like lots of stomach fat by Valentines Day?
So, at Garage today, I bought this ADORABLE top... it's a thick sweater type long sleeved shirt, it's light blue colored with light pink and purple flowers... so, the thing is, it's such a nice shirt, totally my style... but ummmm... it doesn't exactly fit. Okay, it does fit. But, I mean, I am a little large in the middle compared to everywhere else, and that's why I like to wear stuff like a solid colored tank top with a cardigan, because it doesn't bring much attention. But this shirt is kind of... gawdy I guess, and it does draw lots of attention, and I only bought it cause it was soooo adorable, and it was on sale for about 10 dollars and about to go out of stock. Anyways. I've also been trying to lose weight, and now I have a good reason. Of course, I won't lose enough weight to look good in the shirt right away, but it would be the perfect shirt for Valentines day. So, my workout plan was to do cardio 5 hours a week, so like, one hour a day, minus two days and on the two days where I don't do cardio I'd do a pilates video targeting the abs. And once I see some slight results, I'll start some situps and side bends, cause I know you're supposed to wait to burn the top layer of fat. And also, I'll eat healthier, not eat as much snacks... Does this sound all well? I'd really like to shape up by Valentines day... xx
Valentines day chocolate on low carb diet?
I've been on a low carb diet for about 2 3 months. I usually eat around 20 25 carbs a day.Today my prince sent me some of those valentines day chocolates in the boxes. On the nutrition facts it says there is 25 carbs for 2 pieces & 1 dietary fiber. So my question is, is it okay for me to have just 1 of the chocolates since I've been on low carb for a few months, or should I just save it for later?Thanks

worst timing ever, got my period today so that means I'll be on for Valentines day Is there anything i can do to make my period shorter or lighter.. even though it's already started?It's my first valentines day with my boyfriend of a year and damn so peed off worst timing ever lol sorry if its too crude for you, but don't answer if you think.
