Volunteering in hospital, what vitamins/supplements can I take to boost my immune system and keep me healthy?
First off, I easily get sick seem to be sick much more than others. I have just started volunteering at a hospital in the Inpatient Unit, filled with beds and sick patients. I have been going for a few weeks now, and always end up returning with a bit of a swollen throat or just not feeling to well. I'm a college student, and can't afford being sick or even just feeling sluggish. Any thoughts or advice on some vitamins or supplements I can take to keep me in tip top shape while still being able to help those less fortunate? I LOVE VOLUNTEERING
What vitamins/supplements help vyvanse?
I've been on vyvanse for around 6 months. I was diagnosed with ADD ADHD 7months ago and am at the moment prescribed 50mg of vyvanse. I am just wondering what vitamins supplements I can take in order to increase it's effectiveness as 50mg is the highest I and my doctor are willing to go. I am also about to start eating a higher protein breakfast to help.
Is this too many vitamins/supplements to take on a daily basis?
Hey there. I have a bunch of vitamins that I'd like to be taking daily. However, I can't help but feel like it's too many pills and I end up taking a few one day, different ones the next... I'm a strict vegetarian, pretty much vegan. I have been my entire life. Also, my hair and nails are damaged from years of mistreatment, so I'm trying to strengthen them as well. I think that's all you really need to know? Oh, and I'm a 22 year old female, 5'6.5 130 lbs. What I have and would like to take daily is... My multivitamin formulated for vegetarians Iron supplement Biotin B vitamin for nails hair skin Biosil Collagen thing for nails hair skin Vitamin B12I also take flax seed oil but forget it a lot lol.I would take the recommended dose of everything. Is this too much? Anything I'm missing that you'd recommend? Should I take them all at once or divide into morning and nighttime? Any advice is much appreciated Thanks in advance.
Are these too many vitamins/ supplements to be taking daily?
I take Geritol Complete, 3,000 iu vitamin d, 1200 mg calcium, 500 mg magnesium, and 2 capsules of Ovulex daily. At night I take another calcium with vitamin d capsule, and Geritol with Ferrex 18 Tonic. Is this too much to take daily? Should I skip days? Thanks.
