I think I have a pretty healthy diet, I'm not gaining any additional weight from it. So if I start exercising now will I start losing weight? I was thinking of taking up walking, jogging and things like that.

hi, am 17 height 5.4, female, weight 67kg i don't look soo heavy people say it must be bone weight. i am starting collage this year and i really want to loose weight. i want to become 60kg by july.my usual diet was never bad but its basically genetics.but now this is my improved dieti am a late raiser .morning 1 glass of lemon juice with honey9 00 2 slices of multi grain bread with a boil egg . 4 dates 4 almonds 2 walnuts and a boll of pomegranate lunch 1 2 pieces of fish, boiled pumpkin or lady finger boiled radish 1 30pm cucumber and dal its an indian pulses soup and some skimed curddinner 1 multi grain chapati indian flat bread and fish 6 30pm boiled beet rood and carrot salad. i walk for an hour on the treadmill around 11 30amand again for another hour around 4 30 pmi walk for 8 10 km at the speed between 4 6i have bad stamina so i cant run or jog, i just walk. also i climb up the stairs upto the 5th floor.i know i should run but i have breathing trouble so my stamina sucks.i want to be fit and loose weight the right way.please let me know if what i am doing is enough or if i should do something else.i plan to join the gym after 2 months of self workout. will this help me loose weight in one month? thanks . and please don't be mean .

Is this a good weight loss plan?
Hey, im 14 and im trrying to lose weight I want to be 90 pounds by September, right now im 117 at 5'4 Breakfast 1 2 cup cheerios no milk 50cals Lunch 1 light lemon yogurt 80cals Dinner 2 oz. of chicken breast and 5 carrot sticks 50 70cals 3 hours Pilates I realize its extreme but my figure skating trainer says that im fat and need to be less than 95 pounds to continue under her work, and she IS a good trainer skating wise

What is a safe, healthy way to lose weight and to finally end my fluctuating weight loss/gain cycle?
Alright I would just like to make it clear that I am not asking for any miracles here, no " lose ten pounds in a week" type diets, because I've been down that road and I don't want to continue. I've had a mild binging disorder for quite some time, and it caused me to become overweight. Not grossly obese, but about two or three dress sizes higher than most teenage girls my age. So one day, I decided that I was sick of living this way and thus my weight loss gain cycle began. There would be days that I would go into near complete starvation, and there were days where I would binge to my heart's content. At first, I lost half a stone, then put it back on and then some and lost it again, and so on. This has been going on for about a year, and there is no worse feeling than seeing the number on the scales get higher after all the effort it took to bring them down. So, I don't think that I have ever done as much harm to my body that I did with all this starvation followed by binging, and dehydration as I am terrible for drinking water. I have never been able to manage moderation, so how can one reach a healthy weight without any drastic measures? I am also terrible for exercise mostly doing very little, then all of a sudden overexercising. If possible, a diet and or exercise plan would be very much appreciated as a I work best with set plans. Do you have any advice on how to resist junk foods and carbohydrates, and in general any advice on how to reach a healthy weight?Thank you No rude comments please.

Maximum weight loss tips. what works?
I've been on my stationary bike everyday just started Monday for about 40 50 minutes at a speed of 20 23 MPH according to bike pedometer. I am watching what I eat consuming maybe 1200 1450 calories daily. I'm trying to lose 2 3 lbs a week. What other exercises can help flatten my stomach? I'm sure the bike will only help my legs but I'm clueless on what exercises are good lol

What's left to try (weight loss)?
In the last year I lost 120lbs through healthy eating & exercise. I have 25 more lbs I need to lose but I've been stuck at the same place since feb. I'd plateaued before and know to mix up my workouts, fluctuate my calories etc. & that worked in the past but now it's not. I am a fitness instructor. I teach spinning, TRX, & multi fit. I have 8 of my own classes, & 5 more that I take just for fun step classes etc . I just ran a 1 2 marathon, & go running whenever I can. Daily caloric intake is roughly 1200 1500 a day...more than this & I put on weight ..& not muscle ...the " I can't button my pants" kind . So what else can I try?

HI everyone I'm 15 years old, 5'1 and 135 lbs. I'm a size 7 8, and am unhappy with a flabby stomach and thighs.I am joining the gym Planet Fitness and plan to go almost daily throughout the summer. There are 86 days of summer . I would really like to loose weight mainly in my legs, stomach, and thighs, overall as well would be nice .. I want to be able to use the treadmill, indoor bike and eliptical machiene at the gym.How long should I be working out for daily? How long on each piece of equipment? How long will it take to see results? What do you think my exercise routine should be? What should my target weight be or what weight do you think is possible in the time period .I will also be watching what I eat as well, cutting out more junk food, etc.Secondly, will loosing weight help me get rid of horrible cellulite on the sides of my thighs and butt?What can I do to loose the cellulite or reduce it?Detailed answers mostly appreciated. I dont like to exercise as im very unfit, and to be quite honest just to plain lazy to, also imnot exact a fan of exercise, i weigh about 14 stone and would like to get down to around 11 and a half or maybe 12.can anybody give me some advice? without being dicks about it thanksalso, i hate fruit and vegetables, i like very few vegetables, i like potatoes, brocali, and brussells are ok, ido like coliflower.but carrots and peas and such are horrible
